Like, what sport climb has injured/killed the most people? Probably not snake dike. I assume it would be some easy and accessible  sport climb where lots of lowering miscommunication could occur.

Snake Dike isn't a sport climb.

Double Cross, not enough bolts.

So.... most dangerous bolted route that doesn't take gear? Maybe the Bachar Yerian?

A lot of routes at Pinnacles National Park are rated "R" and "X".  The rock gets soft after it rains.

Tinipi during the earthquake

(For those not in the know: 5.15a put up by D. Woods, repeated once, then an earthquake knocked over the spire and the route is gone.)

Might not be the most dangerous but, I know several people who have been severely injured by decking or swinging into the face trying to pull through the roof, the roof is only 15' or so off the ground.

I think in terms of raw density of dangerous climbs pinnacles is probably up there.

I especially think of some 'old school' easy routes like Coastanoan or Old Original or some things in the Flumes that probably haven't bit too many people simply because they are SOO easy. Costanoan's first pitch is easy to deck from 40 ft if you break a hold and pretty much the rest of the route is asking for a long cheesegrater if you break a hold.
