Letsrun.com is a running website with a robust forum community. Imagine my suprise to find Honnold's free solo as a trending topic on the forum. Why don't climbers care about Kipchoge's amazing marathon WR?

I think climbing is fun. Sometimes when I say I'm going for a run, it's mostly climbing. I live in an easy place for that to happen.

Running is for prey.

The sub 2 Nike show was spectacular.

Have you spent much time on the MP forums? Do you think it is a good reflection of what the climbing community thinks? Do you really? REALLY?

Yikes, thought you all would enjoy reading a bunch of running dorks argue about climbing. I guess since an MP search for "sex and beer" gives only 50 results I know that MP searches are a flawed method to measure climber interests. Thanks for setting me straight guys.

Kilian Jornet: 16 results.
Scott Jurek: 4 results.
Anton Krupicka: 9 results
Roger Bannister: 8 results
Steve Prefontaine: 2 results
Usain Bolt: 37 results

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
