modified Gri gri question...
If the Gri has a micro fracture, is it still OK to use???... |
Depends where the microfracture is |
Forget micro fractures, it's the nano fractures that keep me up at night... |
im personally more worried about the macro fractures |
If there is any doubt, there is no doubt |
I doubt that... |
Why would you modify your gri gri with microfractures? |
Grigri microaggression is not cool brah. |
Super Glue and put it in a C clamp overnight, good as new. |

Better question- what are you describing as a microfracture. Can you actually see the cracks? Because if you can, that's what microfractures actually are, and yes, weld that shit into some modern art. |

Microfractures are cracks that can't be seen by the naked eye, but aren't too common and don't decrease the strength by any meaningful amount. Thanks locker, wonderful comedic post. |

Micro fractures are a good thing, they increase the elasticity and give a more dynamic catch. |

Not to hijack your thread but... |

Pluck a feather out of your Down-T, rub your lover's whatever with it, then use the pointy quill side to scrape an item that no doubts needs scraping, now that it is sticky it should seal the microfractures from further propagation. Good to MF go. |

Microfracture.... |

eli poss wrote: https://rockandice.com/climbing-gear-tips/are-micro-fractures-real/ Macrofractures isn't an actual technical term. If you can't see the damage, it's probably fine. |

Good to MF go. That's a waste of the good shit man! Those damn microfractures don't deserve to be getting high. |

When I doubt just retire them, simple |

Alvin Tham wrote: When I doubt just retire them, simple Due to suspected micro fracturing, how many gri's have you doubted and retired? |
