Can someone recommend a good Alaska heli service for snowboarding? I don't know anything about those services except they are expensive. The photos and powder look awesome.

Thanks!

Never been there personally but I know several guides from Points North out of Cordova. A few of them snowboard. Check them out. Alaskaheliski.com

Not a recommendation, just a list of some options I can think of

From the Anchorage area: Chugach Powder Guides
From the Valdez area: Black Ops Valdez, Valdez Heli Guides, Alaska Snowboard Guides
Cordova: Points North, as mentioned

Thanks for the replies. I have to force myself to not constantly look at photos of Alaskan snowboarding. It looks amazing...so much powder.

I've taken a keen interest in snowboarding as I broke my arm skateboarding a year ago. Broke both bones in my left forearm and drove the snapped bones through the skin resulting in a double compound fracture. Sixteen screws and two plates makes crimping and climbing painful.

Thanks again for the responses and good information.

Another good spot that’s cheaper than AK. Check out RK heliski outta Paramona BC.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
