Good Alpine/ice climbing pants for women!?!?

I am having a hard time finding any pants that actually fit that I can wear for ice climbing. I wore my ski pants because they kinda fit but are just baggy enough for my crampons to get caught. I'm pretty petite... 5'4" , 108lbs, waist 24"... everyone always recommends OR but their pants are big on me, even their xs.
I cannot find pants... for any activity usually,  but really need something for ice climbing- leggings just won't work. What do you all wear?

I don't know about fit for a woman but I love the Marmot Screes (soft shell pants):

Looks like they come in sizes down to 2.  For cold days ice climbing I'll add in some liners, and possibly a shell if you run cold.

I need a size 0 or 00 in women's. I know the marmot womens ski pants are really big on me. It's a battle!

Patagonia Women's Alpine softshell pants.  The come is size 0 and are designed to wear with a harness.  They are also pretty durable and resist sharp ice screws.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
