Most of the limestone areas around have a good amount of routes 12 and harder. For winter, Clear Light Cave/Porcelain wall on Mt. Potosi gets tons of sun. Many of the routes in the cave are quite a bit harder but there are some 12s. Gun Club doesn't have many 12s, but is a convienient crag although not the highest quality. I haven't walked up to the Promised Land yet, but it's supposed to be sweet although the routes look to be mostly harder than 5.12. Lime Kiln Canyon has tons of 5.12 routes that are supposed to be great, and not too far from Vegas. It might be a little chilly in the winter but you could probably find a warmer wall. Additionally out that way, the Virgin River Gorge and the Utah Hills have tons of limestone with a bunch of 5.12s, and many different walls and areas so you could seek sun easily.
