Lost shopping bag of climbing gear in Yosemite

Hi all.

This is a total long shot but just putting it out there. I was packing my gear on a pull out just before the hwy120 turn off on the way out of the valley. We were parked on the south side of the road.
Forgot to do a stoner check before i left and accidentally left a shopping bag with a ton of climbing gear in it.

I almost puked  when I realized what i had done back in Oakland.

Anyhow it could be the ultimate booty or you could make a friend for life.

It seems obvious but did you check with the police station in the Valley?  Honest people turn stuff into them.  I did the same thing once and got all my stuff back from them.

Thanks for advice phlyp. I sent an online form into Yosemite lost and found. I will follow up with park service police tomorrow.
It is so hard to find the right person to speak with when dealing with the  bureaucracy that is Yosemite Valley
