Howdy... This website is just amazing in terms of the amount of available info for climbers, including links to guidebooks... However, I believe the Cascade Alpine Guide, Volumes 1-3, Fred Becky's "bible" to the alpine in WA, is not in the list of guidebooks for the state (at least I didn't see it)... I can only tell because I lived in WA and climbed there... Wondering if are there other alpine guidebooks not included for other states as well? Is just an oversight for this only guidebook, or simply some are not here may be because of commercial issues or whatever? Thanks in advance for any feedback, N.

No oversight - we obviously don't know about all guidebooks in all states!  If you'd like one added, you can PM me or the local admin and provide:

1. A link to the book, preferably the "primary" source like the publisher.  Or Amazon if it's there.
2. A link to the page where it should live on the site.  For example, if it covers all of WA, then a link to the WA page on MP.

Thanks!

Hi Nick,

Cool! Please, I didn't mean no offense... love this site and the info on it... it was just a tad surprising as Becky is such a known climber and all... In any case, here are the links to the three volumes in Amazon, these books are amazing, a lifetime of alpine climbing in there...

They cover all of WA state, so I think they should "live" in here
