Climbing weekdays (Mon-Thu) at BCC, LCC, Uinitas

I’m here for the summer and want to do some climbing on weekdays (I work on weekends) in the Big cottonwood canyon and Uinitas.  I’m looking for someone to lead routes and help us locate routes. I've only been climbing 4 years and started late in life (my retirement hobby) but I love it. But sadly I don't love to lead!   At my age a fall causes down time for too long. However, I do lead sport 5.7 and some 5.8, and I will follow 5.9. My husband and I are both excellent belayers and should you want to climb something harder (5.10 or greater) we would be happy to belay that also, but most likely it would be too hard for us to follow.  We have gear and rope. Contact me if you are interested in climbing with us any Monday through Thursday.  Thanks.

I have just moved to SLC.  Most of the boxes are unpacked and I am anxious to climb.  I have over 40 yrs of experience and lead both trad and sport.

Dear Barb,

Hello. I'm interested in a extended stay in the Uintas. My regular partner arrives on Sept. 6th, but, if you guys were free from Monday the 3rd (or even earlier) thru Wednesday 5th we could possibly do some business (I'm coming in from SoCal). Pls let me know via email under Brucy on Mountain Project.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
