Renting a room near Princeton, NJ, and building a home wall

Hello! I'll be a graduate student at Princeton University next year and I'm currently looking for a place to rent. I'm a pretty avid climber and I'm looking to room with other climbers. I'm psyched to train for the gunks and trips to the red during breaks! I also would love to build out a home wall like I had during my undergrad, along with a crack trainer (of currently unknown sophistication) and other training stuff. I'd also like to get back into plastic hold sculpting (something I've just scratched the surface of) so a workspace for that would be great.

So, if anyone has a house near Princeton and would like a climber roommate, plus a free home wall (and hangboard, campus board, crack trainer, etc) let me know! Preferably building the wall would be legal (not against a lease or anything) but.... let me know anyway. Any leads are appreciated!
