WTB: 45 liter waterproof pack

Looking for a 45L waterproof pack. It's important that it's waterproof and not just resistant, but I'd also like to keep it light for climbing objectives (the first use will be for bikepacking in rainy conditions).

I have a Crux ak47x with the drawstring top and floating lid. Used but great shape. Size 3, which is a large. Awesome bag but too much for me. $200.

Every seam is taped except the base panel. 40L. Weighs about 1kg with the removable aluminum suspension in place.

This is the right answer, but of you really need an airtight pack see if you can find an Arcteryx Naos. You can use them as rafts or pool toys.
