I think I will finally bite the bullet and purchase a hangboard. I am considering perhaps adding a few bolt hangers to mess around and practice various things. In your experience, what else would be beneficial? I ask because I want to make sure to attach a large enough backing board to support any of these future things.
Also, what would be the best way to install a bolt hangers onto the board?
A pulley system of two pulleys (one under hangboard and one to the side) can help take weight off for more structured training plans. The second pulley keeps the weights from hitting you in the groin.
