Screw sharpening?

Does anyone know where I can send in some screws to get sharpened? Or even, where I could have the gnarled teeth cut off and then have new teeth made? I don’t care about loosing 1/3in or so off each screw.  I think these will need professional help.

How bad is it? I've used a Petzl screw sharpener on some pretty mangled used screws and returned them to functionality.

They are pretty bad, I think Shepido has suggested exactly what I was looking for!
