Anyone have any recommendations for a Red River Gorge guide book?  My buddy and I only sport climb or TR if that helps narrow it down.

The North guide will have almost as many climbs, but won't have the super popular sport areas: Muir, Roadside, Bald Rock/PMRP, etc.  North Gorge tends to be biased toward trad and older sport routes.

Miller Fork has its own (excellent) guidebook full of stuff not covered anywhere else.

If you stick to Muir, you can get by with the little pocket guide they sell there.

All of them. No, really.

I know you are looking at the price, and thinking that it is way too expensive to buy all of them. But there is a reason why there are multiple guidebooks-- they cover completely different areas, and they do not overlap (other than "The Best of the Red" that will have sport climbs throughout the gorge). So maybe get that one first... but trust me, eventually you will buy them all.

Thanks for the info!  It's greatly appreciated!
