Nomic head movement

I wonder how much the epoxy and larger bolt would mess with the swing though?

Just wanted to update. Petzl set me up with a new pair for free if anyone else is having the same problem.

That's good to hear! I've wondered about the potential problem for the future and wondered if Petzl would stand behind them or what.   it's what these companies should do, it really galvanizes the customer/company relationship in my eyes. Makes for many a return and steady customer.

I assume you had to send the wobbly tools back to Petzl.  If they didn't want/need them returned, LET ME KNOW.

Yes I was surprised. The tools were made in 2011 therefore far beyond the 3 year warranty. They even let me keep my half used picks so I only sent the handles and they sent me new picks as well. I was happy.

Well done Petzl. That’s the kind of marketing that actually works best.
