Seeking ice partners (in general and for 12/20)

Yo, I'm new to the area and seeking partners to climb ice with. Been climbing in Montana for the last couple seasons, with little leading.  Been following up to WI 4 and M4. Looking for patient partners who don't mind bad jokes.
