What's in your bag?

I'll eat a couple dozen bananas before I head out; gotta keep my potassium levels up.  Then I stick the peels in my pack so I can bury them at the crag.

Surgical nurse great to have around to stitch up the 4 inch gash in leg from ice axe

I have one of these in my bag!  Use it to break down adhesions from chronic tendon and pulley injuries and you can use it to soften up tight muscles in between red point burns!
