Climbing in Chiang Mai, Thailand

Hi guys,

I'm in Chiang Mai and I would really like to climb here, but I have no climbing gear other than shoes and harness.

Where should I climb, and how should I search for partners ? Should I book through a company or can I find partners by myself?

I second CMRCA! Great bunch of folks and also a full guide service if you want to take classes or hire a guide. 

Crazy Horse is the place to climb in Chiang Mai.

The partner-finder at CMRCA is great. It's just a little bulletin board back in the gym, when I was there four years ago I was able to find partners there for three days in a row after my partner left. Also, if you're interested in climbing with a guide while in Thailand, CMRCA is by far the best choice.
