Any constructive criticism on this anchor?

Did that once because I didn't know any better on the horizontal fixe ring anchors. During the 5min process of getting my biner out of the hanger, the hanger put several gouges in my locker. Never did that again.

As for the OP, perfectly safe but not the best way to do it. If you wanted to keep all 3 gear placements, extend the placements and the bolt with a draw and then tie your masterpoint. That would put it over the edge and reduce the angles a bit.
