Damn foot - training without climbing?

Thanks for all the great info. I'm hoping that this issue will calm down over the next couple of months.

If it doesn't improve I'll be getting part of my sesmoid shaved off.

On a related note anyone know of a good podiatrist in Colorado?  I'd like to get multiple treatment options.

Thanks everyone.

Hey Chad - just wanted to see if you had any pointers/advice on your sesamoids, as that's just recently become an issue for me. Did the issues subside or are you still dealing with them?

Thanks in advance.

I still experience symptoms occasionally however they are very mild. When climbing I use dancer pads and stiff climbing shoes whenever I climb.

You can probably still campus. I campused with a sprained ankle for a few months and just made sure to land on the other side and sort of roll to a lying position. I also didn't go to the top of the board.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
