WTB: AWD chevy astro

Hey all, I'm looking for an AWD astro to convert for some weekend trips. Although I know it's not climbing gear, I'm having trouble finding one around where I live. 

I'm looking for an AWD astro around the bay area/cities near the bay.

I'm only looking for the AWD model, particularly the passenger model with the French opening tailgate.

Roof rack or tow hitch are a plus.

Have you considered looking at an auto auction? I guess I have a bit of a leg up, since my family owns a dealership, but any time I've been in the market for a used car, and had specific requirements, we were able to find something at auction. (That being said, I've always been looking for more recent models, so YMMV.)
