What areas at the Obed are good for summer climbing but also don't seep after rain?

Planning on climbing this friday

Inner Circle at North Clear is one of my favorite spots. It is a short hike and doesn't see as much traffic as Stephen King's Library. It's not just the seepage that is an issue, but the dew point. Sweaty walls are the worst.

lilly bluffs stay dry and shady

Lilly has a tendency to sweat in the summer. This cliff is really close to the river and doesn't get much air movement. It is easy to inspect since it right next to the road.
