Hey - if you go to the City of Rocks page there's a warning about crag closures because they're on private property. The post says "This includes White Lightning, Skinner Roof, Weather Wall, Yellow Wall, Larry's Annihilation, Needle Rock, Mississippi Fred's, and Secret Tom's." The notice is longer than that, but I was wondering if anyone knows if those are the ONLY closed crags. It says everything north of Twin Sisters, but then it lists just those crags so I'm not sure...
Expand out the closure information before the description.
Basically, everything north of the road at Twin Sisters. Stuff to the south (Eagle Rock, for instance) are still open. Nearly everything in the main corridor is open, minus the Dolphin.
Yeah, Charlie is right about the closures. We were up there a couple of week ago with the intent to climb in that area but headed over to Eagle Rock instead. The sign with the closure info looked pretty new.
The Twin Sisters closures are limited to those listed on mountainproject. There is no reason to assume that non-posted areas are closed. The CRAG group and the Park Service are currently working with the landowner to re-establish access to the "backside" of the Sisters area.
It's worth noting that the closure seems to have resulted from a couple incidents of climbers ignoring the normal access on the west side and walking through the yard of the landowners cabin, and another where unknown persons built a fire near the cabin. Please be mindful that preserving access to private lands depends on climbers showing landowners the utmost respect and appreciation.

Christ, some people have no common sense. Good to know
