I bought 12 Oz quickdraws from them for ~40% off in March. The order was delayed a few days, but once they shipped from Spain they got to me in 2 business days. |

I bought a pair of dynafit speed turns from snowinn which is somehow related to trekinn, same umbrella company from what I can tell. They were a stupid steal of a deal, they didn't ship as soon as the sight said when I ordered but I wasn't surprised as I had read a review somewhere else that said the shipping can be a bit slow depending on what they have in stock. It would actually be more appropriate to say the packing/wharehousing wasn't quick but the actual shipping was something like 2-3 days once they had them. Barcelona-Brussels-Denver via DHL. I forget the exact time it took but I want to say it was less than 10 days from when I placed the order. It was worth it as I saved $78 over the cheapest sale price I could find anywhere else and that was including $25 shipping. As long as it's not something you need tomorrow and the risk of a bit of a wait is no big deal it's definitely worth it. I was a bit wary considering how low the price was but like I said I found some reviews online and also figured my bank/Visa have always been pretty reliable in backing me up so what the hell. |

Ordered a petzl grigri and petzl corax harness from them for a total of $50 dollars less than the best price in the US online stores. Paid about $10 in shipping by usps and got to my house in 2 weeks after ordering. Shipped right away as it was listed in stock, longest holdup was at customs in Chicago where it sat for almost a week. Did not have to pay any duty charges at delivery. The items were in perfect condition. In my opinion a good buy for items that are drastically less expensive. Will use them again. |

I bought a pair of ski bindings from them at very good price. It took a while for them to arrive, but they arrived as ordered. |

Do NOT fall in the trap!! |

I ordered 2 ice screws to test the water, because the price seemed to good to be true. They arrived no prob. I turned around and ordered an entire rack of screws and it took a bit longer for shipping but again, no prob- |

I bought a helmet from them. It was a screaming deal. Took about 2 weeks with shipping. |

I found a Micro Traxion at a crazy-low price. The price made me a little suspicious at first, but I did a little looking around and the place seemed legit, so I ordered it, not realizing at the time it would be shipping from Spain. Like others, I experienced a slow delivery time, but the product did arrive as advertised. It took just over two weeks from order to arrival. |

Ordered a Marmot jacket from them a few days ago...no way to track the shipping so am keeping my fingers crossed. Replacing jacket as a devious Marmot displaced a stack of boulders off my partners pack below Dark Star in RMNP and absconded with it, not to mention the fat little bugger chewed the handles off my trekking poles, and violated the zipper on the pack. Is it legal to carry a .22 cal on your rack in a National Park? This Marmot is on my Most Wanted list now. If anyone sees him wearing my orange jacket, (he may have the hood pulled up as a disguise) I will pay handsomely for his hide! He has no remorse Im sure, and should be forever doomed to a little fiery hole in hell... |

That Marmot is no match for the squirrels at Tahquitz. They are a plague of gear and pack destruction. |

Ordered a grigri2 at a great price, took a bit longer to arrive because they are based in Europe, but I was happy with the purchase. |
|
Long shipping but I got wild country helium quickdraws for dirt cheap! If you don't mind the wait it's totally worth it! |

Whenever purchasing stuff online start your search at activejunky.com who doesn't want a check every 3 months for stuff your buying anyways to go towards more stuff |

I have used them. Took almost a month for the order to get processed and delivered to me. But the items were 50% off U.S. prices! |

They came back again three days later saying they can not complete transaction.....?? I cancelled order. They took 6 days more to refund money. Customer service do NOT answer the phone in hours. When they do, a nasty ill tempered individual treated me like if I were a pain in their ass and did not offer any solution. They are a company from Spain. A country famous for their lack of commitment, corruption, and low productivity. Their reviews are horrible and they deserve it. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!" first off, "Do NOT fall in the trap!! Thirdly, and actually the only pertinent thing I have to add to this thread is this; I have ordered from this site on two separate occasions, on both it was for smoking deals, for both I waited roughly 2 weeks to receive the stuff. Given the prices I was fine with that, if you are not, don't deal with them. |

Just be aware that even if an item is "in stock" it might be a while before they actually ship it. I ordered an "in-stock" item (a pair of Mammut softshell pants that I couldn't find in my size in the US) and for the next two weeks they were "in transit to our dispatch center". Once they finally shipped I got them about a week later, via USPS. It's all a bit mysterious because Trekinn is based in Catalonia but the shipment came from an address near Madrid, about 400 miles away. But it was a good price and it did eventually arrive. |
