Smith Rock Camping with Phone Service

I'll be heading to Smith Rock in a week or so. Any tips on a place to van camp with phone service for Verizon or T-Mobile, or wifi? I'm more than happy to pay. I've heard the Bivi has great service, but van camping is not allowed, and details on Skull Hollow are spotty.

Worse-case scenario, is there decent phone service in the surrounding area so I could "commute" from a campsite? I unfortunately haven't gone full dirtbag, still work until 2 every day, so can't be without internet access :/

Currently camping at Skull Hollow in our van and have 2 bars of Verizon LTE!

We ended up going to Skull Hollow on Emily's advice, and it's even better than expected. Great data connections for both T-Mobile and Verizon.

Any word on how congested it's going to get at either Skull Hollow or the bivi the weekend after the 4th? I'm doing my bachelor party that weekend and we're trying to get some camping beta for a group of 10 or so.

There's almost always room on the BLM behind Skull Hollow if it's full.
