Hawaii is pretty good that time of the year. Average temps at the crag would be about 75F. You can also go surfing in 77-degree water in December and the winter swells come in to make Waimea's surfing the best in the world. |

St. George and Vegas are great that time of year, and St. George has tons of free camping right out of town. |
