House is located at the foot of South Table mountain. Location is ideal for quick access to the mountains and easy commuting to Denver/Boulder. The private room shares a bathroom/shower with one other room mate. In addition to the private room, there is a gear room/den area that has plenty of room for gear or a potential work space. Living space and kitchen are furnished. Off street parking, large front porch with work out equipment. Both room mates have full time gigs and appreciate a clean, respectful atmosphere.
