Rad. If youre interested in cam history check out this article: needlesports.com/content/nu… although I don't remember seeing one of those in there.

Cassin Blitz (not Blintz - silly ebay sellers!). Not a lot of love for it, as it was apparently pretty hard to place well. rockclimbing.com/forum/Clim…

Currently being sold as the Kong Gipsy.... http://www.supertopo.com/climbers-forum/1570696/Kong-Gipsy-Wide-pro

My thoughts: waste of money if bought for full price (although the Ebay starting price of $30 is excellent) Big Bros work better, and Valley Giants (with weight penalty) even better -or in the size of the one on Ebay, a #4 Camalot it appears.

Hi this is my cam that is for sale here. Got this from a former hardgoods buyer for EMS in the 90s. It is in good condition. Maybe climbed a few times. A really great deal for the price. Sorry for the spelling mistake. Probably would get less flack for listing it as a spring loaded tri-cam. As it was explained to me this is a piece for climbing big-walls.

Haha, didn't mean to sound, well... mean! Beware that buyers take advantage of misspellings on Ebay to get things cheap that other buyers overlook because it doesn't show up in their search results. I figured the seller was a non-climber that didn't know what (s)he had. Good luck!

Thanks! No problem at all. I did my research prior to listing. Interesting piece of climbing history.
