great list! I will reference your list to help me with my own pack. I like the idea of a leaver biner, a friend and I had to leave a draw on the wall once because neither of us could complete the route. |

I also like to bring a harmonica for in-between pitches. Oh and do not forget your personal anchoring system! |

I would put in anything needed for a self-rescue/ escape the belay/ ascension situation. Maybe 2 prusik cords and a couple locking carabiners, and you're good to go on 90% of FUBAR situations at a single pitch crag. Better to have and not want than to not have and (probably) not need. |

Warm gloves are redundant if you're already bringing belay gloves. |

Trad climbing, yes |

If your going to be applying sunscreen I would recommend bringing some rubbing alcohol to get that grease off your hands. |
