Hi, I injured my knee while working out. I’m looking for a good compression knee sleeve to see if it will help me continue to workout. Has anyone here tried a compression knee sleeve by Grip Power Pads? It looks great online, but I just wanted some advice before I make a purchase. Thanks.

Have you considered seeing an orthopedist?

An ortho will tell you whether or not you need surgery. A good physio will figure out what went wrong in the first place and give you a plan to minimize re-injury.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
