Hey guys and gals, my name is josh. I just moved to custer state park for a seasonal job. Ive gone climbing only a handful of times in a gym. Never outside. There are no climbing gyms in the area at all so Im looking to try outside if its possible! Looking for someone willing to show me the ropes. I can provide transportation or whatever else is needed! Im willing to learn and, again, willing to help out in any way! Thanks!

Try filling out your profile and posting in the partners section as well.

go to silvan sports in hill city and call people on the local climbing partner list.
Buy some gear rookie and support the local shops =)

Nice spot for beginners is the 1880's wall or up behind moonlight ridge where things are more retro bolted. GO hang out there I bet you run into some people.
