Yosemite won't finish downloading on the app

I was downloading Yosemite on my iPhone MP app, had to hit pause, and now I can't get it to resume or finish downloading. Looking for a way to finish the download. It keeps saying it's in progress, but it's been a day now.

Sorry about this issue, you may have uncovered a bug in the download pause/resume. I'm looking into that, but in the mean time, if you can delete yosemite and then install it again, it should work. Let us know if not.

I've got two areas doing the same. If I eventually pause it, and try to delete it, it starts the unsuccessful download again. Latest version as of today.
