The ubiquitous bearbreeder's account is no more. He was a regular poster. I wonder what happened? Maybe he has a new username?

Shhh...don't poke a sleeping bear.

I noticed too... it's been a few weeks since he's even posted

I'm going to truly miss his usual personal service announcements - some in German, no less.

He had a great way of illustrating most of his points through pictures... for me that made it much easier to understand the concepts he was talking about.

Nice handle too.

Legend has it he still roams the forests of Canada breeding bears.

i've started posting considerably less due to a new job, but bearbreeder will be missed, even from this past weekend I can remember myself reiterating one of the sly tricks I picked up from a post of his!

he will be missed. Can't just remember the latest posts he contributed?

My favorite Bearbreeder posts were of him constantly asking Ray about posting his night climbing photos.

In one of the latest Totem vs C4 threads he strongly suggested that Totems are inappropriate for internally flared cracks, in that way that he does... Someone posted an instagram photo of him that he may not have been very proud of. He responded with a video of himself soloing, and then posted about a "little lady" whispering in his ear, and her voice becoming too loud.

What's BPL? Google search produced Boston public library, football league, etc.

Recently, I've wondered about his not commenting on some obvious safety threads. Too bad, he's gone. His posts were opinionated, informative, and often amusing.
