Women's mountaineering boots for tiny feet

I'm looking for a pair of double boots (primarily for cold but not super hard ice climbing as well as some mountaineering down the line). I'm a 37.5-38 with pretty narrow feet, and I'm having trouble finding something that fits. Sportiva goes down to 38, but was having major heel slippage on the G2 SMs I tried on, and a size down fit the heel but was too short of a boot.

Thinking about finding a pair with heat moldable liners instead. Any other ways to get a good fit?

If there are any ladies (or other tiny-footed people) out there with recommendations, i'd love your input!

Others may have better responses but Koflach makes boots down to 4UK or at least they did. That translates to maybe 37ish? Plastic boots aren't the first choice for many but might be an option to explore.

Cheers.

Re: the heel fit somebody posted these a while back and seemed to like them.
