Hey everyone, a couple friends and I are looking to do a winter climbing trip to somewhere we have never been (we are all from the Northwest). We are looking at the Southern US and searching for areas that have an abundance of 5.9-5.11 sport routes. Anyone have any suggestions or advice?
Keep in mind we are college students and don't have unlimited funds, probably can't drive any further east than Arkansas, we're also looking for a place where we can camp.

Red rock is an awesome winter spot. And if you book at the right time or get lucky can usually stay in a hotel with free breakfast and showers for not much more than camping.
totally second Arizona. Climbed pretty exclusively in that grade. Flagstaff area, then Queen Creek, Mt Lemmon and loads of other stuff. Bring your crashpads and hit up Preist's Draw and then make the holy pilgrimage to Hueco Tanks.
