I know how to roll when I'm rolling.

It's just the way I roll.

We are suiting up for cold weather now. So far slept in the van without the heater in 20 degrees no problemo! More updates to come as we move north...

Casino parking lots are some other places worth tapping into for a chill night and hot meal.

I'd rather help Buffalo Bill load his couch than get trapped in a van with you. I can't imagine what that poor ginger goes through every night.

I like the looks of these. How do you like it? Have you ever used it in the dead of winter?

Climber's car

First Generation Honda Civic! Check out the home made bumper sticker.
Not so good for sleeping in, though.
Dirtbag car, for sure. Note: I have no idea who owned this vehicle.

My '72 bug in Moab in '84. This was a pretty sweet vehicle compared to the infamous Gremlin Denim Special.

Indeed. The bugs lasted. ( Really, there's a climber in there. ) Just showing you might keep gas mileage as part of your decision.

sprinter

These sprinters can be picked up now for pretty cheap when business sell off aging fleet vehicles.
While a dirtbag might be hard pressed to come up with 8k$, if he/she can suck it up and hold down that job for just a month or two more, the creature comforts of the sprinter can basically amount to more "pitches per diem" while road tripping. Isn't that the whole point?

Just picked up this beauty yesterday! Can't wait to get started on the conversion.
