Bishop/mammoth. That's what we did. Stacks of moderates at Clark canyon, ORG, dike wall, you got pine creek bolted multipitch, massive high Sierra routes, good selection of places to stay, and can day trip to toloumne if you miss crowds.

Yea, we've pretty much settled on the date - should've planned it for a better climbing time, huh? ;-)

I've not yet been to Acadia, but I've seen a few pictures and heard a few stories that have piqued my interest - it's a possibility.

We'll probably do some hiking - even thought of trying a via ferrata, but those seem pretty rare. Slightly off the path sounds good as long as it doesn't take too much from the accessibility.

Acadia is beautiful. In June, you could combine it with an ascent of the Armadillo Route on Katahdin and then transition into cragging at the Precipice and Great Head.

I am going to be in Mallorca in the first week of July. I need help in finding a gear rental place for both sport and deep water solo climbing (a camera rental for this would be kind of nice, or at least someone to photograph me so I can show my family what I'm up to... or um, falling off of).

I would also need a guide as I travel solo and obviously can't climb the sport alone and it would be nice to have someone out there with me for my first time ever deep water solo.

PLEASE help me as soon as possible as I'm trying to plan and need to know if 1. I'll be able to do this as a solo traveler (rental / guide / etc) and 2. if it's going to even be affordable to do.

THANK YOU SO MUCH for your time and help!!!

My husband and I honeymooned in Squamish this past September and had a wonderful time. We rented a cabin off airbnb.com. June might be a little if-y for weather though. We also really enjoyed Lover's Leap area (don't forget about Phantom Spires), and probably better weather that time of year.

This is pretty epic trip right here...

+1 for Tahoe, but don't stay in South Lake unless you like casinos. Much better options exist on the West Shore and North Shore. Lover's Leap and Sugarloaf are great S. Shore crags, but there is also fantastic multi/single pitch trad at Donner Summit and single pitch (steep!) sport at Big Chief once the road opens. You can't go wrong here, the area is covered in climbable rock of all sorts. Plus, it's friggin beautiful.

Sandy,

What is the name of that hotel? I might need a night in town, that place looks nice.
