I attend/work at Unity College in Maine. We have a prodeal with Mad Rock and have had VERY good luck with them so far. We have ordered lots of shoes and hardware. They are also very relaxed with students making prodeal orders.

My suggestion is to just go online and get a hold of your regional sales reps for the equipment that you want to have available. Tell them what your program does and see what you can work out with them. I'm sure that a bunch of companies are willing to work out some sort of deal with you even if they don't advertise one.

edit: Thanks John for the heads up, I didn't know that about pro-deals. From what the particular website I do stuff through it sounds like they are pretty open to being publicized and that they are a middle-man/clearing house type of place. But I've taken their name off just in case.
