Climbing Near Maunie, Illinois

I've heard rumors of the Posey Crag in this general area. Not much is found online. The only website with a bit of documentation says it is not worth the drive. YMMV If you are in the area, please document it! I'm hoping that listing this area will make Indiana a little less barren. On University of Southern Indiana's campus. Located to the left of the baseball fields off of Bennett Lane.

A small but great area with some classic Southern Illinois bouldering Hike north from the main area for a few minutes then you will find the Bull Area

The main boulder field. Several classic problems here From the parking area, hike downhill and to the right alongside the lake. Continue walking until you reach a concrete spillway. Once here, hike uphill towards the rock.
