Description
Though Mount Charleston is certainly not a destination area for bouldering, a fair amount has been developed by the Vegas boulderers who are hungry for outdoor climbing in the warmer months. The limestone tends to be a bit abrasive on the skin but provides for some challenging problems for those who don't mind. The primary area is The Subway where drop-offs and link-ups are standard. Some other areas have been developed more recently to round out the offerings.
