Description
A small crag of short, moderate, and safely-bolted slab/vertical routes developed specifically for novice sport climbers looking to hone-in their rope and rock skills. Each route ends with a two-bolt station consisting of either chains, double-locking steel carabiners, or quick-links. All routes can be climbed with a 30 m rope, with the traverse requiring a 45m length.
This stunning multi-coloured banded rock more closely resembles the climbing styles of Cedar and Skaha than its Lonely neighbours. A ground-level chain station has been installed to promote anchor building & cleaning education. Please be mindful for loose rock and always wear a helmet. Like the rest of the Lonely Crags, this is a tick hotspot during early-season sessions. The wall sees early morning sun and is in the shade by mid-afternoon. Developed & self-funded lovingly by Don Yee and Jon Kettle with support from loved ones and friends.
