This is a nice 40’ tall quartzite crag situated next to a seasonal stream. It also has a very short 1 minute approach. Crag faces east and gets excellent sun the first part of the day. Crag is still being established, so expect some occasional loose rock.
Getting There
The easiest access is from 480. It is between 553 and 35. Turn into the Marquette dump. Take the road passing the dump (dump on the left). The road will turn to dirt. The first fork you encounter, stay right. Turning left is gated. Continue on the road and take the next left. The crag will be on your left in about .1 miles after crossing a small stream. You can park at the power line, or 1-2 cars can park at the crag. Do not block the road.
