Description

Cleopatras Rock is the first buttress seen on the west side of the Park Ave TH. The lower Tier offers some good cragging options, while the Upper Tier offers 3 towers and a few awesome single pitch splitters

Getting There

Access the lower sw tier by hiking in off the west side of the parking lot, not straight lining off the main trail. There are many trails here lets try to keep traffic to one. (see Photo in SW photo) The Upper tier is accessed via the canyoneers route which hikes up to the top and circumnavigates the whole feature, 4 raps, with one mandatory if you are not comfortable down soloing steep sloping sandstone. You can avoid all this canyoneering bs if you climb up one of the most R routes and top out on the ledge as for the towers. I have not done this so I cannot confirm.
