Description

There's more growth in this area (trees, shrubs, plants, moss), but still some routes not to be ignored. This area is available year-round, as the high-water mark doesn't quite reach the base of the boulders. There's a good amount of lichens on the rocks, and some 8-legged friends as well, so some cleaning of the rocks may be necessary.

Getting There

If you beach your kayak on the north beach, you'll need to follow the trail through the island to the other side. Walk past the grilling areas and go up the hill. Keep going until you reach the south side. You should be right on the water.
