La Curva del Diablo

International > S America > Peru > Cusco > Sacred Valley

Description

This was one of the first bolted walls of the valley. Beautiful slab with long routes. Ranging from 6a to 6c. Climb early, or after 2 pm when the wind picks up. Bring a 70m rope and 16 draws.

Getting There

Cross the tension bridge of Paucarbamba, turn right, and park on the right a few hundred feet up. There is a trail that crosses the fields to the other side of the valley. Turn left, and the wall is right there. Great place to kick it all day with friends.
