Description

Strange moderate rock formation. Easy access, some solidish rock, and lots of easy scrambling. Great place for beginners/kids. Bouldering potential.

The rock appears to be something similar to gonnardite https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gonnardite which aligns with nearby fields of rock showing zeolite/natrolite formations.

Getting There

From Roseburg head east to Glide on 138 and left on Rock Creek Road. At 3.5 mile take the dirt road off of Rock Creek Road and climb for a mile, at the first intersection make a right and follow uphill for a couple more miles. It is possible to drive to both top and bottom of the crag.
