Description

This is the large cave at Blue Cavern Point, the nearest point east of Two Harbors. It is a popular cave for kayaking, paddle boarding, and scuba diving because you can go in through one hole and out another. I think this is the only in-and-out cave on Catalina Island. One entrance is small (6 feet tall), and the other is pretty big (30 feet tall). The only climb I have found here so far is an overhanging deep water solo right at the start of the small entrance. But I think there’s other possible climbs around the area because the cliffs are steep, making deep water solos possible.

Getting There

Get there by boat. A small dinghy, kayak, or paddle board would be nice because you can get up closer to the rocks and even go through the cave.
