Description

Short wall just before The Pit with two moderate sport routes. These routes can be found in Marty Bland's Inland Northwest Rockclimbs, but they might be listed in reverse order; Quickie (3b, 5.8) is on the left and Stubby (4b, 5.9) is on the right.

Getting There

Same approach as The Pit. From the Deep Creek Trailhead parking area, take the well traveled trail leading out from the parking lot on the left (south side of lot). Follow this trail down the hill and veer to the right into the creek bed. Go right (north) when you reach the creek bed. After about 80', there will be a trail leading up the hill to your left (west). Follow the rock stairs up and look to the left for the two 30' bolted lines just before you enter The Pit.
