Only a valley over from the famous Zermatt Valley, Saas-Fee is the main village in the Saastal (Saas Valley). This village provides amazing views of the Pennine Alps and various 4000m peaks around the area. Saas-Fee contains world class skiing, mountaineering, and other adventure sports and is often less crowded than it’s more popular neighbor, Zermatt.

Getting There Suggest change

Saas-Fee is a car free town, so you are limited in how to get there

By bus, you can catch a ride in Visp or St. Niklaus that will take you into town

By car, you will have to park outside the village and take a trolley into town.
