Description

One of the largest highballs on Tubbs Hill, and one of the most popular for climbers and non-climbers. Big Spender has a large assortment of semi-contrived routes (acting almost like an outdoor training wall), and a very nice figure-eight traverse for those who may not want to go up the 30 or so feet. The rock quality is not always stellar so be wary of the possibility of a hold coming off.

Getting There

Just to the right of the Tubbs Hill Cave and Warm Up Boulders you'll see the obvious overhang. There is a steep trail just past it leading to the base of the boulder.
